RESIN BONDED STONE-

Description :

• 1-3mm golden Pea Stone
• 1mm epoxy resin base
• Top Coat with clear urethane sealer

Application :

• Concrete or Asphalt must be prepared by mechanical means, involves either scabbeling ( beating the surface), diamond grinding or shot blasting
• Loose material is then removed from the surface and a 1mm epoxy resin is applied by roller squeegee or trowel
• The Stone is then broadcast(scattered) across the wet surface and the product is left to harden
• The hardening process usually takes 2-3 hours
• Once material is dried excess is removed and the surface is top coated with clear urethane sealer. This step must be applied in dry conditions with a medium to long pile roller, pooling must be avoided.
